    Author: Maarten Nederhof

Maarten Nederhof is a tap curator specializing in rotating beer and cider taps. After working 15 years in hospitality Maarten decided to follow his passion and set out to develop menus for beverage focused restaurants. In the ensuing 5 years he has helped numerous establishments set up or adjust beverage lists and established connections with the vast majority of Ontario breweries and cideries. Maarten currently handles the lists at 3 Toronto based establishments.

Having spent 10 years in Ontario home came calling and Maarten moved back to Amsterdam, The Netherlands. Here he maintains the lists of his current clients, as well as leading educational beer tastings and sourcing beer for export.

Maarten is a certified Prud'homme Beer Sommelier and holds a diploma focused in Hospitality Management from Humber College.
