ASHRAE Beer Dinner at Louis Cifer

Last week I hosted a guided Beer dinner for the ASHRAE Toronto chapter. After taking the whole team through the brewery we served Louis Cifer Beers tailored to a 3 course dinner created by chef Andrew Stevens. Take a look at the menu below

Goat Cheese Beignets + Roasted Beets

Organic beets, goats milk yogurt, pistachio crumble, orange segments, citrus vinaigrette, micro greens

Paired with Louis Cifer Witcraft, Belgian Witbier


 Beef Tenderloin

AAA Canadian beef served medium rare, beer braised Brussels sprouts, butternut squash potato puree, Brown Ale gravy

Paired with Louis Cifer Gothic, American Brown Ale


Black Forest Cake Pop

Chocolate Stout cake, cherry filling, white chocolate icing, kirsch cream

Paired with Louis Cifer Dignity, Imperial Stout with Tart Cherry and Vanilla
